Job Description

Syntech Recruitment is currently working with a long-standing client who is recruiting for a Technical Project Manager for their office in Woodford Green. The ideal candidate will come from a Control Systems/PLC background and be familiar with automation, SCADA, and HMI systems. Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Technical engineering project management, programme management, and planning to ensure project tasks, timescales, and deliverables are met.
  2. Manage the financial controls of projects.
  3. Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  4. Manage and motivate a team of engineers to optimize team performance.
  5. Lead project review meetings and discussions with clients/end users to ensure project controls are followed and deliverables meet expectations.
  6. Utilize support from the Project Management Office to ensure adherence to project lifecycle governance.
About You
  1. Knowledge of engineering/control systems.
  2. Understanding of PLC, SCADA, HMI drives, and instrumentation.
  3. Commercial awareness.
  4. Excellent communication skills.
  5. Strong written skills.
  6. Experience with MS Office.
  7. Project planning experience.
