Technical Project Manager

ADLIB
London
GBP 40,000 - 50,000
Job description

We’re working with a CX-led digital agency that’s just come through a major transformation and is now in an exciting growth phase. Off the back of big client wins and internal changes, they’re on the lookout for two Technical Project Managers to join their London team. You’ll be delivering complex digital and transformation projects across a mix of sectors, partnering with well-known brands and working closely with strategy, UX, design, and tech teams to bring ideas to life.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be at the heart of things—leading delivery on a range of chunky, often long-term projects. That could mean CMS platform builds, internal tools powered by AI, or ongoing optimisation and transformation work for big-name clients. You’ll work closely with business analysts, tech leads, designers, and strategists to keep everything ticking along—unblocking issues, managing timelines, and making sure everyone’s aligned. The environment’s fast-paced but supportive, with loads of variety day to day. Projects include customer journey and CRM transformation, data-led platforms and dashboards, AI-powered internal tools and back-end product upgrades and website and CMS builds.

What experience you’ll need

  • Currently working as a Technical Project Manager, Digital Project Manager, or Senior Digital Project Manager in a digital agency or consultancy.
  • Strong grasp of technical project delivery—CMS (Sitecore, AEM), dev projects, integrations, change management.
  • Confident working with BAs, developers, UX, design, and strategy teams.
  • Great with clients and stakeholders—calm, clear, and collaborative.
  • Experience with tools like Azure DevOps, SharePoint, or Jira.
  • CRM or customer journey experience is a bonus.
  • Happy with a hybrid setup—3 days a week in their central London office.

What you’ll get in return

You’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking digital agency that’s genuinely investing in its people and ways of working. Alongside a competitive salary up to £50k, you’ll be part of a supportive team working on meaningful transformation projects with big-name clients. There’s a clear progression path, access to experienced mentors, and a culture that values curiosity, problem-solving, and getting stuck in. It’s a hybrid setup—3 days a week in a central London office shared with the wider global group, giving you the best of both worlds.
