Join us in this role where you’ll oversee the transfer processes within our O&M Director team, ensuring smooth transitions and effective project management. This position will play a critical role in maintaining the operational efficiency and success of our projects.

You’ll be part of a dynamic team where you, together with your colleagues, will manage and oversee the transfer of projects. As a team, we value collaboration and innovation, ensuring that each project transition is handled with the utmost care and professionalism.

You’ll play an important role in:

• managing and coordinating the transfer of projects (EPC to O&M) from initial planning to final handover
• collaborating with various teams from EPC and O&M organization to facilitate smooth project transitions
• identifying and mitigating potential risks during the transfer process
• contributing to the successful implementation of the maintenance strategy of projects
• maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders within the project’s operating model
• providing regular updates and reports to the O&M Director and Operation Preparation Project Manager.
