Job summary

Morgan’s Tek is seeking a seasoned delivery lead to drive real software and operational rollout projects. You will own plans, timelines, and multi-workstream delivery, coordinating engineers, designers, and store operations to ensure on-time launches.

You’ll run agile ceremonies, unblock the team, spot risks early, and manage scope and change while using AI tools to streamline planning and reporting across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing software, technology, or operational rollout projects.
• Strong grasp of agile delivery and product launch realities.
• Excellent communicator and organiser.
• Technical enough to earn the team’s trust.
• Self-directed and comfortable working remotely across time zones.
