Job summary

Celnor Group is seeking a Technical Project Manager to coordinate a varied portfolio of technology projects across Group IT. You’ll work with MSPs, vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of infrastructure, software, cyber security and acquisitive initiatives.

This role focuses on planning, dependencies and delivery rather than hands-on engineering, with exposure to integrations and transformations as the group grows.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical or IT projects.
• Good understanding of IT environments and technical delivery.
• Experience coordinating MSPs, vendors or external technology partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MSPs, vendors, technical specialists and internal teams to deliver agreed work packages.
• Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and delivery status across the IT portfolio.
• Support MSP consolidation programme and transition to strategic technology partners.
• Coordinate major workstreams including infrastructure deployments, security remediation and carve-outs.
• Manage technology project plans for newly acquired businesses.
• Identify blockers early and hold delivery owners accountable for actions.
• Translate technical progress into updates for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate vendor and procurement projects through to completion.

Are you a technically knowledgeable Project Manager who enjoys bringing people, suppliers and workstreams together to get things delivered?

We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager tojoin our Group IT function and coordinate a varied portfolio of technology projects across Celnor Group.

This isn’t a hands-on engineering role. You’ll need the technical knowledge to understand the work, ask the right questions and challenge where needed, but your focus will be on coordinating delivery through MSPs, specialist suppliers and internal teams.

With projects spanning infrastructure, software, cyber security and acquisitions, you’ll take ownership of plans, work packages, dependencies and delivery, ensuring the right people are doing the right things at the right time.

What you’ll be doing

• Coordinate MSPs, vendors, technical specialists and internal teams to deliver agreed work packages
• Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and delivery status across the IT portfolio
• Support our MSP consolidation programme and transition to strategic technology partners
• Coordinate major workstreams including infrastructure deployments, security remediation, Multi-Tenant Collaboration and carve-outs
• Manage technology project plans for newly acquired businesses
• Identify blockers early and hold internal and external delivery owners accountable for agreed actions
• Translate technical progress into clear updates for senior stakeholders
• Coordinate vendor and procurement projects through to completion

Who you are

You’ll have proven experience delivering technical or IT projects and enough technical knowledge to confidently coordinate and challenge the specialists carrying out the work.

You’ll bring:

• Experience managing projects across IT infrastructure, software, systems or technology change
• A good working understanding of IT environments and technical delivery
• Experience coordinating MSPs, vendors or external technology partners
• Strong planning skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies and priorities
• Confidence working with both technical specialists and non-technical stakeholders
• A proactive, pragmatic approach with a strong focus on delivery
• Experience within a multi-site, group or acquisitive environment would be particularly useful, as would exposure to M&A integration, infrastructure, cyber security or technology transformation.
