Job summary

SR2 REC LTD is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead GRC technology projects and support a multi-phase transformation. The role covers full lifecycle delivery, data migration, and the decommissioning of legacy systems, with a focus on regulatory compliance and risk platforms.

The successful candidate will coordinate technical teams, vendors and stakeholders across London or Horsham, with hybrid working arrangements and an initial six-month contract under Inside IR35.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering GRC tooling implementations.
• Strong technical project management experience in regulated environments.
• Experience delivering modules such as Risk, Controls/RCSA, Policy, Compliance, Assurance, Incidents or Regulatory Change.
• Experience with data migration, integrations and decommissioning legacy platforms.
• Experience in financial services or similarly regulated industries.
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.

Technical Project Manager

£485-£500 per day | Inside IR35 | 6-month initial contract London or Horsham | Hybrid

SR2 is supporting a leading organisation within the financial services sector that is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join the next phase of a major GRC technology transformation.

The first phase has seen the implementation of a new enterprise GRC platform across areas including Risk, Controls, Policy, Assurance, Incidents, Compliance and Regulatory Change.

With the platform now established, the next phase will focus on expanding its capabilities, migrating away from legacy GRC systems and supporting a wider international rollout.

What you'll be doing

• Leading the delivery of GRC technology projects across the full project lifecycle

• Supporting the rollout and development of Risk, Controls/RCSA and other GRC modules

• Managing data migration and integration workstreams

• Overseeing the migration and decommissioning of legacy GRC platforms

• Coordinating technical teams, vendors and business stakeholders

• Managing dependencies, risks, timelines and delivery across multiple workstreams

• Working closely with Risk, Compliance, Technology and wider business teams

• Supporting international rollout and adoption

What we're looking for

We're particularly interested in speaking with Project Managers who have personally delivered GRC tooling implementations, rather than solely working within Risk, Compliance or Governance.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Strong Technical Project Management experience

• Previous delivery of a GRC platform/tooling implementation

• Experience delivering modules such as Risk, Controls/RCSA, Policy, Compliance, Assurance, Incidents or Regulatory Change

• Experience with GRC data migration, integrations and legacy platform decommissioning

• Experience within financial services or another highly regulated environment

• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills

Experience with platforms such as Decision Focus, ServiceNow IRM/GRC, MetricStream, Archer, IBM OpenPages, SAP GRC, OneTrust GRC or Riskonnect would be particularly relevant.

This is an urgent requirement with an initial six-month assignment and a major programme of work already underway.
