Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects—defining scope, structuring work, managing timelines, and ensuring smooth execution
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, and Commercial teams to drive alignment and navigate trade-offs
  • Partner confidently with VPs, Directors, and C-suite stakeholders, ensuring expectations are clear and decisions are well informed
  • Launch and scale organisation-wide initiatives such as KPI frameworks, onboarding improvements, and operational efficiency programs
  • Use data-driven insights to prioritise work and highlight risks, dependencies, and opportunities
  • Strengthen transparency with clear reporting, dashboards, delivery updates, and roadmaps
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and deliver sustainable improvements
  • Explore opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and modern tooling to accelerate delivery and improve internal workflows
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years delivering cross-functional projects or programs in fast-paced environments
  • Strong ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Comfortable engaging with senior leadership (VP, Director, C-suite) and influencing decisions without authority
  • Experience coordinating work across Product, Engineering, Operations, Commercial, and Data teams
  • Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure, and an understanding of modern data tooling
  • Keen interest in using AI and automation to improve efficiency, decision-making, and customer experiences
  • Skilled at managing change and providing structure in ambiguous situations
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving ability
  • Bonus: hands‑on experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau
