Job summary

Experis is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead delivery of engineering systems and PLM projects. This hybrid Derby role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to bring initiatives from initiation to completion.

You will manage plans, budgets and risks, ensure governance, and maintain project documentation. Experience with Siemens Teamcenter and PLM tools is essential, with familiarity in regulated sectors advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Technical Project Manager.
• Working knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter (essential).
• Experience delivering engineering systems, PLM or enterprise software projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing project budgets, risks and delivery plans.
• Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the delivery of technical projects from initiation through to completion.

• Work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders and third-party suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops and status updates with stakeholders at all levels.

• Support the implementation, integration and enhancement of Siemens Teamcenter solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practice across project delivery activities.

Clearance Requirements

• Must be eligible for BPSS clearance.
• Must be a British national due to customer and project requirements.
• No SC clearance is required for this role.

• Experience working within highly regulated environments such as Defence or Aerospace
