We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee the development and production of complex electro-mechanical products for a variety of high-performance applications. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and fully compliant with specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage robust project delivery plans, securing buy-in from cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, test, and quality.
• Monitor progress against project milestones, identifying risks early and implementing mitigation strategies to keep objectives on track.
• Adapt plans dynamically in response to new discoveries and evolving test data in this high-R&D environment.
• Act as the primary customer-facing liaison, ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and external stakeholders, including engineering and project management counterparts.
• Ensure all technical and commercial interfaces are well-defined and progress is maintained across all parties.
• Leverage technical expertise in complex electro-mechanical product development,
• Take a hands-on approach when required—whether running prototype testing on in-house dynos or programming motor drive electronics.

What You’ll Need:

• Strong background in technical project management, ideally within an electro-mechanical engineering environment.
• A solid understanding of the full product life-cycle.
• Proven experience in delivering engineering projects successfully, balancing time, cost, and quality.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong skills in MS Project Pro (or equivalent project management software).
• The ability to work collaboratively in a small, agile, and highly focused team.
