Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 (DOE)

We’re looking for a technically minded Project Manager with an electromechanical or design engineering background. This is an ideal opportunity for engineers ready to step into project management, or experienced project managers who still want hands-on involvement in engineering.

The Role

• Lead projects from concept to delivery, ensuring they’re on time and in budget.
• Provide technical input on design, manufacturing, and integration.
• Liaise with customers and internal teams, managing expectations and communication.
• Monitor costs, schedules, and resources, adapting as projects evolve.
• Get involved with the engineering when needed—this isn’t just a desk role.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in an engineering role (electromechanical/design).

• Relevant engineering qualification.
