Our Partner – the American leader providing breakthrough technology in the healthcare sector – is looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive the development of innovative instruments, ensuring that our solutions make a real difference in the medical field. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic team working on cutting-edge projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Technical Project Manager

Your responsibilities:

1. Guiding the development process for Angular front-end team for clinical software development project,
2. Facilitating work between Angular team in Krakow and C++ Integration Engineer in Warsaw (require 2 meetings in Warsaw per month),
3. Facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Agile practices,
4. Gathering and translating business requirements into technical specifications,
5. Collaborating with software architects to guide the technical direction of the project,
6. Working with stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog,
7. Mentoring and supporting the development team with technical challenges,
8. Managing milestone planning and ensuring timely delivery of software,
9. Ensuring development follows ISO 13485 and IEC 62304 processes for clinical software.

We require:

1. Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, especially in software development
2. Strong expertise in Angular front-end development
3. Solid experience with Agile methodologies
4. Proficiency in English, Polish is welcomed,
5. Knowledge of ISO 13485 and IEC 62304 standards for clinical software,
6. Excellent communication skills and experience leading teams,
7. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment,
8. Willingness to visit client’s office in Warsaw once or twice a month.
