Pioneer Selection Ltd is recruiting a Technical Project Engineer to join a UK leading logistics company in Derby. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, improving gross margin and delivering continuous improvement initiatives.

You will identify opportunities in reliability and root cause analysis, then lead projects from cradle to grave while coordinating with engineers and major stakeholders. Health and safety consciousness is essential.

Qualifications

• Cradle-to-grave project management experience required.
• Experience with root cause analysis, CI and reliability.
• Engineering qualification required.
• Excellent people skills and Stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Technical Project Engineer

Salary: £55k + plus award winning Benefits!

Location: Derby

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Technical Project Engineer to join a UK leading logistics company. We are seeking an enterprise-level Project specialist to drive operational excellence, gross margin improvement and identify oppurunities to drive innovation, reliability and general continuous improvement.

Your role will be exciting and varied and will involve you identifying continuous improvement, reliability and root cause analysis project oppurtunities and then leading these projects from cradle to grave. Your excellent people skills will come in to play in full force here as you will be dealing with various different people from engineers to major stakeholders on a day to day basis. You will be a self motivated highly enthusiastic invidual who understands the common widely used business term 'do more for less' and will also be health and safety concious.
