Job Description:

Your Missions :
  • Act as a key point of contact to communicate project status to internal stakeholders
  • Promote and facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration
  • Support Project Leader with a wide range of activities for the assigned project(s).
Main responsibilities :
  • Define project scope, objectives and deliverables for each milestone
  • Create detailed project timeline and monitor progress daily
  • Build and use a dashboard to monitor progress on engineering releases, purchase orders, and deliveries
  • Ensure the BOM is updated daily by the Engineering and Supply Chain teams
  • Identify risks and work with the teams to propose mitigation plans
  • Report project status weekly to the Project Leader
  • Schedule and coordinate weekly project team meetings and other necessary meetings, including sending invitations
  • Coordinate build events with Workshop, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams
  • Support vehicle development and validation teams to guarantee component and spare availability
  • Prepare milestone reviews, including collection of deliverables (plans, reports, etc.)
  • Monitor budget as required by the Project Leader
  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of lean project management tools in compliance with quality standards (ISO 9001, etc.)
Your Profile :
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field (Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or similar)
  • Good knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools
  • Experience in Project Coordination in Motorsport or Supercar industry
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and seek support from teams
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude, with the ability to influence others
  • Fluent in English and willing to learn French
