Job Description:

Your Missions :
- Act as a key point of contact to communicate project status to internal stakeholders
- Promote and facilitate cross‐functional communication and collaboration
- Support Project Leader with a wide range of activities for the assigned project(s).
Main responsabilities :
- Define project scope, objectives and deliverables for each milestone
- Create detailed project timeline and monitor progress on a daily basis
- Build and use a dashboard to monitor progress on engineering releases, purchase order and deliveries
- Ensure the BOM is updated by the Engineering and Supply Chain teams on a daily basis
- Identify risks and work with the Engineering and Supply Chain Teams to propose mitigation plans
- Report project status to Project Leader on a weekly basis
- Schedule and coordinate project team weekly meeting and other meetings as necessary including sending
- Schedule and coordinate build events with Workshop, Engineering, Supply Chain and Quality teams
- Support vehicle development and validation team to guarantee availability of components and spares
- Prepare milestone reviews including the collection of deliverables (plans, reports, etc.)
- Monitor budget as required by the Project Leader

- Lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of lean project management tools in compliance with all quality standards (ISO 9001, etc.)
Your Profile :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering area (Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or
- similar)
- Good knowledge and understanding of Project Management methodologies and tools
- Experience in Project Coordination in the Motorsport or Supercar industry
- Excellent planning and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
- Self‐starter with the ability to work with high level instruction and seek out data and support from other teams
- Team‐oriented with strong communication skills and the ability to challenge and influence others
- Fluent English and willingness to learn French
