Job Description:

Your Missions :

  • Act as a key point of contact to communicate project status to internal stakeholders
  • Promote and facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration
  • Support Project Leader with a wide range of activities for the assigned project(s)

Main responsibilities :

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for each milestone
  • Create detailed project timeline and monitor progress daily
  • Build and use a dashboard to monitor progress on engineering releases, purchase orders, and deliveries
  • Ensure the BOM is updated by the Engineering and Supply Chain teams daily
  • Identify risks and work with Engineering and Supply Chain Teams to propose mitigation plans
  • Report project status to Project Leader weekly
  • Schedule and coordinate weekly project team meetings and other necessary meetings, including sending invitations
  • Coordinate build events with Workshop, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams
  • Support vehicle development and validation teams to ensure component and spare availability
  • Prepare milestone reviews, including collection of deliverables (plans, reports, etc.)
  • Monitor budget as required by the Project Leader
  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of lean project management tools in compliance with quality standards (ISO 9001, etc.)

Your Profile :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field (Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar)
  • Good knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools
  • Experience in Project Coordination in Motorsport or Supercar industry
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter capable of working with high-level instructions and seeking data/support from other teams
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills and ability to challenge and influence others
  • Fluent in English and willing to learn French
