Job Description:

Your Missions:

• Act as a key point of contact to communicate project status to internal stakeholders.
• Promote and facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration.
• Support Project Leader with activities for the assigned project(s).

Main responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for each milestone.
• Create detailed project timelines and monitor progress daily.
• Build and use dashboards to monitor engineering releases, purchase orders, and deliveries.
• Ensure the BOM is updated daily by the Engineering and Supply Chain teams.
• Identify risks and work with teams to propose mitigation plans.
• Report project status weekly to the Project Leader.
• Schedule and coordinate project team meetings and build events with various teams.
• Support vehicle development and validation teams to ensure component availability.
• Prepare milestone reviews with deliverables.
• Monitor budget as required.
• Lead the implementation and improvement of lean project management tools in compliance with standards like ISO 9001.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
• Good knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools.
• Experience in Project Coordination within Motorsport or Supercar industries.
• Excellent planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence others.
• Fluent in English; willingness to learn French.
