Your Missions:
- Act as a key point of contact to communicate project status to internal stakeholders.
- Promote and facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration.
- Support Project Leader with activities for the assigned project(s).
Main responsibilities:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for each milestone.
- Create detailed project timelines and monitor progress daily.
- Build and use dashboards to monitor engineering releases, purchase orders, and deliveries.
- Ensure the BOM is updated daily by the Engineering and Supply Chain teams.
- Identify risks and work with teams to propose mitigation plans.
- Report project status weekly to the Project Leader.
- Schedule and coordinate project team meetings and build events with various teams.
- Support vehicle development and validation teams to ensure component availability.
- Prepare milestone reviews with deliverables.
- Monitor budget as required.
- Lead the implementation and improvement of lean project management tools in compliance with standards like ISO 9001.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
- Good knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools.
- Experience in Project Coordination within Motorsport or Supercar industries.
- Excellent planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence others.
- Fluent in English; willingness to learn French.
