Job Description:

Your Missions :

  • Act as a key point of contact to communicate project status to internal stakeholders.
  • Promote and facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration.
  • Support Project Leader with a wide range of activities for the assigned project(s).

Main responsibilities :

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for each milestone.
  • Create detailed project timelines and monitor progress daily.
  • Build and use dashboards to monitor progress on engineering releases, purchase orders, and deliveries.
  • Ensure the BOM is updated daily by the Engineering and Supply Chain teams.
  • Identify risks and work with Engineering and Supply Chain Teams to propose mitigation plans.
  • Report project status to the Project Leader weekly.
  • Schedule and coordinate weekly project team meetings and other necessary meetings, including sending invitations.
  • Coordinate build events with Workshop, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams.
  • Support vehicle development and validation teams to ensure component and spares availability.
  • Prepare milestone reviews, including collection of deliverables (plans, reports, etc.).
  • Monitor budget as required by the Project Leader.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of lean project management tools in compliance with quality standards (ISO 9001, etc.).

Your Profile :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field (Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar).
  • Good knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience in Project Coordination in Motorsport or Supercar industry.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-starter capable of working with high-level instructions and seeking support from other teams.
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills and the ability to challenge and influence others.
  • Fluent in English and willing to learn French.
