Job Description:

Your Missions :
- Act as a key point of contact to communicate project status to internal stakeholders.
- Promote and facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration.
- Support Project Leader with a wide range of activities for the assigned project(s).
Main responsibilities :
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for each milestone.
- Create detailed project timeline and monitor progress daily.
- Build and use dashboards to monitor progress on engineering releases, purchase orders, and deliveries.
- Ensure the BOM is updated by the Engineering and Supply Chain teams daily.
- Identify risks and collaborate with Engineering and Supply Chain Teams to propose mitigation plans.
- Report project status to the Project Leader weekly.
- Schedule and coordinate weekly project team meetings and other necessary meetings, including sending invitations.
- Coordinate build events with Workshop, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams.
- Support vehicle development and validation teams to ensure component and spare availability.
- Prepare milestone reviews, collecting deliverables like plans and reports.
- Monitor budget as required by the Project Leader.
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of lean project management tools in compliance with quality standards like ISO 9001.
Your Profile :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field (Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or similar).
- Good knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools.
- Experience in Project Coordination within Motorsport or Supercar industries.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Self-starter capable of working with high-level instructions and seeking support from other teams.
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills and ability to influence others.
- Fluent in English and willing to learn French.
