Job Description:

Your Missions :
- Act as a key point of contact to communicate project status to internal stakeholders
- Promote and facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration
- Support Project Leader with a wide range of activities for the assigned project(s).
Main responsibilities :
- Define project scope, objectives and deliverables for each milestone
- Create detailed project timeline and monitor progress daily
- Build and use a dashboard to monitor progress on engineering releases, purchase orders, and deliveries
- Ensure the BOM is updated by the Engineering and Supply Chain teams daily
- Identify risks and work with the Engineering and Supply Chain Teams to propose mitigation plans
- Report project status to Project Leader weekly
- Schedule and coordinate project team meetings and other necessary meetings, including sending invitations
- Coordinate build events with Workshop, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams
- Support vehicle development and validation teams to ensure component and spare availability
- Prepare milestone reviews with deliverables such as plans and reports
- Monitor budget as required by the Project Leader
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of lean project management tools in compliance with quality standards (ISO 9001, etc.)
Your Profile :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field (Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or similar)
- Good knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools
- Experience in Project Coordination within Motorsport or Supercar industry
- Excellent planning and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Self-starter capable of working with minimal instruction and seeking support when needed
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills and the ability to influence others
- Fluent in English; willingness to learn French
