SRG are partnered with a global medical products and technologies company. Our client is focused on solutions for the management of chronic conditions, with leading positions in advanced wound care, ostomy care, continence care, and infusion care.

Role overview

The Project Coordinator Associate is a part-time role within the Project Management Organization supporting the digital health solution team. This position supports the planning, execution, and tracking of various project tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules and plans
• Coordinate project activities, resources, and information
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reporting
• Responsible for tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and providing reports on the financial status of projects
• Ensure resource allocation is efficient
• Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas in advance, ensuring all necessary topics are covered
• Facilitate meeting logistics in preparation and follow-ups
• Manage third-party vendors in terms of onboarding, SOW, deliverable tracking, and budget tracking.

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of experience in project coordination or a related field
• Basic understanding of project management
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and highly self-motivated
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
