Job description

Chase Taylor Recruitment is currently working with a leading manufacturing business specializing in the design, manufacture, and supply of UPVC and timber windows and doors for the new build market. Due to continued growth and a strong order book, they are looking to add an organized and proactive Technical Project Coordinator to their team.


As a Technical Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects from initial enquiry through to site delivery. This is a varied, fast-paced role where you will liaise closely with clients, production teams, and suppliers to keep projects moving efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinating project schedules and key documentation
  2. Liaising with clients to confirm specifications, amendments, and delivery requirements
  3. Preparing and updating manufacturing drawings and project paperwork
  4. Monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and resolving them proactively
  5. Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks and reporting
About You:
  1. Previous experience in a similar Project Coordinator / Project Administrator role, ideally within manufacturing, construction, or fenestration
  2. Knowledge and understanding of architectural drawings
  3. Ability to complete take-offs and estimates
  4. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
  5. Confident communicator with the ability to build strong working relationships
  6. Experience using CAD software and Business Micros would be highly advantageous
  7. Proactive, solution-focused, and comfortable working to deadlines
