Job description

Our OEM Client based in Gaydon, is searching for a Technical Project Co-ordinator to join their team, Inside IR35. This is a contract up until 26th June 2026.

Umbrella Pay Rate: £27.03 per hour.

This role will provide general support to projects and their interdependencies in support of specific business strategies. This role will involve Stakeholder management, setting tasks out for others to complete in a timely manner.

Typically, this will involve the identification, planning and co-ordination of specific projects within the Engineering Delivery Team. This role will act as a central point of co-ordination to deliver Engineering Delivery Projects.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support and assistance of projects utilising project management techniques to ensure the planned outputs to support the achievement of strategic business objectives within the Engineering Delivery Team.
  • Assist in the planning and organising of the project and operational meetings for the area.
  • Co-ordinate the reporting of key project metrics as defined by the area.
  • Use standardised project management tools to support a smooth project delivery.
  • Co-ordinate opportunities to improve processes and ways of working on projects across the area and define best practices.
  • Undertake any other work as directed by their Line Manager in connection with their job as may be requested.

Skills:

  • You'll need experience of process improvement and working in a project support role in Manufacturing or Engineering.
  • You should be an individual with a customer first mindset who is easy to do business with and makes people feel special, driven to deliver experiences that are personalised, transparent and dependable.
  • An individual who is results driven with the ability to deliver operational plans in a highly demanding environment.
  • An individual with the ability to prioritise their workload.
  • A good communicator with the ability to communicate complex ideas.
  • An effective team player who supports team members.

Education:

  • Degree Educated.
  • Bonus to have a Project Management tools and techniques skills and experience.
