Job summary
Tesco PLC is seeking a Senior Technical Programme Manager to drive the delivery of Project Titan, the new automated grocery depot at London Gateway. You will lead the TPM function and coordinate multiple teams across programmes and infrastructure to enable efficient distribution centre operations.
The role requires working with geographically diverse teams including product, engineering and design, with responsibility for forecasting and controlling annual programme budgets.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Technical Programme Management disciplines.
- Experience working with geographically diverse teams across programmes, product, engineering, data & design.
- Ability to articulate complex concepts to a diverse audience.
- Management of annual programme budgets (Forecasting & Control).
Responsibilities
- Drive delivery of Project Titan as the primary TPM for Tesco's automated grocery depot at London Gateway.
- Lead and coordinate multiple teams delivering wider tech infrastructure for distribution centres.
- Support delivery of wider fulfilment solutions ensuring smooth operation of existing sites.
- Collaborate with programme, product, engineering and design teams across geographies.
