Rivan Industries in London is seeking a Technical Programme Manager to lead delivery of major technical programmes for our modular synthetic fuel technology. You will own programme scope, manage phases, schedules, risks and resources, and drive cross-disciplinary teams toward rapid, decisive results, with HQ located in Bermondsey.

The role combines systems engineering, requirements, testing and qualification with hands-on technical contribution, operating under tight timelines and uncertainty

Qualificações

• 5+ years experience in mechanical, process, systems or related engineering.
• Experience delivering complex R&D, scale-up or first-of-a-kind engineering programmes.
• Strong technical judgement and first-principles problem solving.
• Experience managing technical risk, schedules, resources and dependencies.
• Comfortable working across system-level engineering, requirements, testing and qualification.
• Able to work effectively under intense timelines and technical uncertainty.
• Takes problems end-to-end and can manage a team of technical specialists.

Rivan Industries (Rivan.com) is a synthetic fuel company designed to decarbonise heavy industry. We aim to make synthetic fuel cheaper than fossil fuels and sustain life on Earth by keeping the CO2 locked underground.

We design and manufacture modular synthetic fuel plants consisting of a DAC system, an Alkaline Electrolyser, and a Sabatier Reactor, whilst vertically integrating with off-grid DC solar and the European gas-grid. We’ve recently deployed the UK’s largest synthetic fuel plant and are planning to 1000x this scale in the next 2 years.

We’re looking for a Technical Programme Manager to support the development and scale-up of our core technology, owning programme delivery while remaining a significant technical contributor.

The role

• £70-90k Salary depending on experience
