Enable automation-first delivery models with observability, self-healing, and policy-driven control
Implement and mature GitOps workflows, IaC pipelines, and CI/CD processes across engineering teams

Partner with senior leadership to align on strategy and execution
Drive cultural change and adoption of code-first, automation-led infrastructure practices
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven experience delivering large-scale infrastructure transformation programmes
Deep understanding of hybrid/on-prem platforms, automation, and declarative infrastructure
Strong grasp of Infrastructure-as-Code, GitOps, DevOps, and platform engineering practices
Experience with automated, self-healing, and AI-operable infrastructure models
Comfortable leading cross-functional teams and managing complex stakeholder landscapes
Strong communication, vendor management, and change leadership skills
