Qualifications

• Strong experience leading customer-facing technical projects.
• Degree in CS, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Comfortable across engineering, data, and software disciplines.
• Commercial awareness and pragmatic decision-making.
• Genuine curiosity about AI—core to how this team works.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of customer projects.
• Line management of a multidisciplinary team (~7 people).
• Growth of your domain through customer opportunities.
• Turning delivery work into repeatable, scalable, commercial assets.
• Close partnership with Chief Engineers and Technical Community Leads.
