Job summary

Gravitas Recruitment Group (Global) Ltd in Surrey is seeking a Technical Project Lead to own a defined but evolving area of our technical offering, blending delivery leadership, people leadership, and product thinking.

You will lead end-to-end customer projects, manage a multidisciplinary team, grow the domain through customer opportunities, and turn delivery work into scalable commercial assets, in close partnership with Chief Engineers and Technical Community Leads.

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading customer-facing technical projects.
• Degree in CS, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Comfortable across engineering, data and software disciplines.
• Commercial awareness and pragmatic decision-making.
• Genuine curiosity about AI driving team work.

Responsibilities
