What you'll do
  • Own and deliver the infrastructure transformation roadmap across multiple workstreams (network, cloud, store systems, security).
  • Define programme objectives, success metrics, and governance frameworks.
  • Develop coordinated plans, manage dependencies, risks, and budgets.
  • Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, senior leadership, and business stakeholders.
  • Partner with Engineering Managers and Solution Architects to ensure technical feasibility and quality.
Who you are
  • Proven experience in technical programme management within large-scale infrastructure or cloud transformation.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure (networking, servers, cloud platforms, security).
  • Expertise in governance, risk management, and customer communication.
  • Ability to lead sophisticated dependencies and deliver outcomes in fast paced environments.
  • Excellent leadership, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience of software development or Technical Product/Programme Management.
