As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
In this role, you will drive the automation and optimization of our Cable Landing Station (CLS) workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze processes, gather requirements, and transform data into actionable insights. Your work is critical to improving the efficiency and tactical operation of Google's global data center infrastructure.
You will be responsible for identifying process improvements, introducing industry standard tools and creating/code automations. You'll assist the development of new systems and operational building and workflow tools, via automated data extraction and perform A/B tests and analyze results. Additionally, you will also create and evolve new operational processes, insights and identify use cases in relation to the new Business Management Systems (BMS) workflow, and AI tools being implemented within Global Submarine Networks (GSN) for managing Cable Landing Station Facilities.
