Job summary

OLIX is seeking a Technical Program Manager to deliver end-to-end technical programs across hardware, software, optics and manufacturing, setting the structure, aligning teams, and driving critical programs from R&D through to mass manufactured product delivery.

You will own cross-functional delivery, define program plans, manage risks, and coordinate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to keep complex projects on track in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Broad engineering background across hardware, software and manufacturing.
• 3+ years in TPM, program management, or senior project management in a technical environment.
• Proven track record delivering multi-disciplinary programs at scale.
• Strong engineering literacy: able to engage credibly on technical trade-offs without being the domain expert.
• Strong stakeholder management up to VP; comfortable holding people to account.
• Fluent in program management best practices.
• Structured thinker with high attention to detail and clarity in ambiguous settings.
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technical programs from initiation through to completion.
• Define and maintain program plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical path across multiple workstreams.
• Drive alignment between engineering, product, and business stakeholders on scope, priorities, and trade-offs.
• Run structured program cadences: planning sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks and blockers before they impact delivery.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships through scope changes, timeline conflicts, and commercial negotiations
• Maintain clear program documentation: decisions logs, status reports, shared technical information.
• Hold work stream leads and engineers accountable to commitments without direct line authority.
• Escalate effectively and concisely when decisions need senior input.
• Continuously improve delivery processes, tooling, and ways of working across the program.

• Strong stakeholder management up to VP; comfortable holding people to account
• Fluent in program management best practices.
