Job summary

Thrive IT Systems is seeking a Tech PM to lead enterprise GenAI initiatives on AWS, including Bedrock and agentic AI programmes. You will drive discovery through design, governance, and adoption, collaborating with clients, technologists, and AWS partners to realise value from AI solutions.

You will oversee architecture decisions, risk management, and delivery across distributed teams, with a focus on securing executive buy-in and measurable outcomes for regulated and enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive consulting or program management experience in technology delivery.
• Proven record leading complex cloud/digital transformation engagements.
• Hands-on knowledge of AWS Bedrock features and AI governance.
• Experience with agentic AI architectures and orchestration.

Job description

Seeking a Tech PM to lead the delivery of enterprise scale Generative AI and Agentic AI initiatives on AWS. The role requires a blend of client facing consulting, technical leadership, solution governance, and hands-on understanding of AWS AI services, particularly Amazon Bedrock, Agent Core, and AWS Launchpad related programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from discovery through design, implementation, and adoption of AI solutions.
• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, technology teams, and AWS partners.
• Drive solution strategy, delivery governance, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Facilitate workshops to identify, prioritise, and define AI and automation use cases.
• Design and oversee implementation of GenAI and agent-based solutions using Amazon Bedrock and Agent Core.
• Guide architecture decisions across model selection, security governance, guardrails, and enterprise integration.
• Support presales activities, solution shaping, effort estimation, and proposal development.
• Manage cross-functional delivery teams and ensure successful programme outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands on years of consulting, technology delivery, or programme management experience.
• Proven experience leading complex cloud or digital transformation engagements.
• Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Bedrock including Foundation Models, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), Knowledge Bases, Prompt Engineering, Guardrails, and Responsible AI.
• Experience with AWS Agent Core and/or agentic AI architectures including AI agents and orchestration frameworks, tool integration patterns, agent memory, and observability.
• Working knowledge of AWS Launchpad and AWS engagement governance frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging Director, CIO, and executive level stakeholders.
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams.

Required Skills

• Service Management Consulting - SIAM, ITSM, Non-ITSM.
• Experience delivering GenAI or Agentic AI solutions in production environments.
• Knowledge of frameworks such as Lang, Graph, CrewAI, Strands, AutoGen, or similar.
• AWS certifications: Solutions Architect, AI Practitioner, or Professional certifications.
• Experience in regulated industries such as Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, or Public Sector.
