Job summary

TESTQ Technologies LTD. is seeking a Tech PM to lead the delivery of enterprise-scale Generative AI and Agentic AI initiatives on AWS. The role blends client-facing consulting, technical leadership, solution governance, and hands-on AWS AI services knowledge.

You will coordinate across business and technology teams, steer architecture decisions, and drive governance and risk management to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in consulting, technology delivery, or programme management.
• Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Bedrock and AWS AI services.
• Proven experience leading complex cloud or digital transformation engagements.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from discovery to design, implement and adopt AI solutions.
• Interface between business stakeholders, technology teams, and AWS partners.
• Drive solution strategy, delivery governance, risk management, and exec reporting.
• Facilitate workshops to identify AI and automation use cases.
• Design and oversee GenAI and agent-based solutions using Bedrock and AgentCore.
• Guide architecture decisions across model selection, security, governance, and enterprise integration.
• Support presales, effort estimation, and proposal development.
• Manage cross-functional delivery teams to ensure programme success.

Overview

Seeking a Tech PM to lead the delivery of enterprisescale Generative AI and Agentic AI initiatives on AWS The role requires a blend of clientfacing consulting technical leadership solution governance and handson understanding of AWS AI services particularly Amazon Bedrock AgentCore and AWS Launchpadrelated programmes

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from discovery through design implementation and adoption of AI solutions
• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders technology teams and AWS partners
• Drive solution strategy delivery governance risk management and executive reporting
• Facilitate workshops to identify prioritise and define AI and automation use cases
• Design and oversee implementation of GenAI and agentbased solutions using Amazon Bedrock and AgentCore
• Guide architecture decisions across model selection security governance guardrails and enterprise integration
• Support presales activities solution shaping effort estimation and proposal development
• Manage crossfunctional delivery teams and ensure successful programme outcomes
