Senior Technical Program Manager

London – Hybrid Working

£90,000 - £120,000

English & Russian Speaking

The company is one of the biggest and most successful businesses within their niche FinTech market and has massive plans to build brand new tech and delivery teams in 2025. This has come off the back of a hugely successful 10 years where they have established themselves in multiple countries and picked up numerous awards within the industry.

In this role, you will be heading up crucial programmes across different teams such as Development, Data, Security, Infrastructure, and Cloud, so experience working closely with these types of teams is crucial.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Lead, plan and deliver a variety of software, security, and infrastructure-based projects.
2. Collaborate with different teams across the business - development, operations, product, security.
3. Build project plans and technical road maps to be used across the business.
4. Have a good technical understanding and have previously worked with development teams.
5. Review project performance and provide feedback to stakeholders where needed.
6. Have a solid background in programme management with a good track record of projects delivered.
7. Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work with global teams.
8. Their Tech Stack: JavaScript, React, Typescript, Node, Golang, Python.

Skills: Ability to speak both English and Russian. This is so you can bridge the communication gap between various UK and Russian teams.

Salary: £80,000-£120,000
