The Role

As Technical Production Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of the technical elements of live events, ensuring smooth delivery from concept to completion.

• Manage and nurture relationships with clients across multiple projects
• Design technical production approaches aligned with creative briefs
• Develop technical specifications and kit lists
• Prepare risk assessments and method statements
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and on-site teams
• Liaise with external suppliers and rental partners
• Schedule and manage freelance technical crews
• Oversee on-site installations and live delivery
• Manage budgets and track production costs

About You

Ideal candidates will have solid experience in live event technical production, preferably within an AV supplier or creative production agency. You should be comfortable working directly with clients, creating technical documentation, and managing technical delivery across various venue types, especially London's historic venues.
