Job Description:

Role Overview: We are seeking a Technical Production Manager to join our busy venues team, working on high-profile live events in the West Midlands. This role involves leading technical aspects of events, managing a team of technicians, and ensuring top-quality event delivery from a technical perspective.

About the Company: We represent prestigious venues hosting a variety of live events, including awards ceremonies, conferences, and product launches. The Role: As a key member of the technical production team, you will oversee all technical elements of events, lead a team of technicians, and work closely with clients and suppliers. Responsibilities include planning RAMS and Health & Safety protocols, quoting and specifying technical equipment, managing costs, and maximizing revenue through technical upselling.

Candidate Profile: Candidates should have a strong technical background in venues or production companies, experience across various event types, and excellent stakeholder communication skills. Qualifications in Health & Safety are preferred, and AutoCAD skills are highly desirable. We are open to senior technicians with a passion for progressing into a Production Manager role.
