Job summary

Belle Époque Pâtisserie in London, N5, seeks a Technical & Production Development Manager to lead food safety, quality assurance and new product development for our premium French pâtisserie. Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Manager in bakery, pâtisserie, or food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of SALSA, BRCGS or equivalent food safety standards.
• Excellent HACCP, allergen controls and quality management system expertise.
• Experience preparing for audits and managing customer technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business towards SALSA accreditation and maintain quality management systems.
• Improve production efficiency, layout, equipment utilisation and process workflows.
• Develop and scale bakery products for retail and wholesale markets.
