We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Technical Product Specialist and App Delivery to join our Markets Hub team. This role is located in Manchester, Lancashire, United Kingdom – hybrid.

In this role, you’ll make an impact by:

1. Leading the delivery of real-time market data (LSEG/Refinitiv), overseeing and driving on-time completion of analysis, design, development, testing, and release in partnership with the Product / Platform Managers.
2. Managing Market Data Applications (LSEG/Refinitiv/Reuters), 3rd Party Websites (Single Dealer Platforms), and FX Post Trade applications.
3. Capturing detailed data flows and documenting downstream consumption.
4. Governing usage against license and sharing restrictions.
5. Managing product/platform-specific tech vendor assessments and ensuring vendor accountability.
6. Escalating incidents or concerns to the SDG Lead for resolution as needed.
7. Providing thought leadership and support for engineers and developers with issues and questions.
8. Providing technical feedback to Product Owners, integrating input across all technical teams, including solutions architecture and design.
9. Collaborating with Engineering Lead to identify opportunities for process improvement through research and continuous improvement.
10. Managing and tracking adherence to tech development KPIs, with regular reporting of progress across the Hub.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

1. Experience managing live market data systems (LSEG/Refinitiv).
2. Vendor & Relationship Management experience and understanding of Vendor Licensing and Usage agreements.
3. Strong communication skills with technology, operations, architects, stakeholders, and senior business partners.
4. Hands-on technical skills to identify real-time market data issues or content problems swiftly.
