Job Title: Technical Product Owner

As a Technical Product Owner, you will be primarily responsible for building and owning the backlog of enhancements to the AWS Connect platform. You will also understand the product's strategic direction and how these align with our broader business priorities. Collaboration is key; you will work with our data science and engineering teams to ensure the successful delivery of the backlog, measuring and reporting on results to demonstrate business value.

About the Role

Our client is currently looking for a new recruit to join their team. Please read on! You can also ask our friendly recruitment team any questions you may have about the role, between 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)

Must Haves:

  • Experience working as a Technical Product Owner or Analyst within a cloud-based organization.
  • Experience working with AWS Connect.
  • Resilient and able to rise to challenges.
  • Experience in system implementation or migrations, bridging tech and business requirements.
  • Applying a test-and-learn approach to product evolution.
