We are seeking a results-driven Technical Product Manager to lead the development of a wireless network performance validation, troubleshooting, and monitoring solution. This role involves defining technical requirements, collaborating with product and engineering teams, and ensuring effective implementation aligned with user needs. You will work closely with the Product Director to support strategic initiatives and manage the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities include:

• Translating high-level product vision into detailed technical requirements
• Defining use cases and workflows for wireless and wired networks
• Creating product documentation, user stories, and specifications
• Collaborating with development teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues
• Gathering stakeholder feedback to refine product features
• Ensuring effective implementation of AI-driven diagnostics and insights
• Providing deep expertise in Wi-Fi 6/6E/7, network troubleshooting tools, ISP field operations, cloud analytics, and network management protocols
• Analyzing market trends and competitive landscape
• Supporting product launch and market adoption strategies
• Tracking key performance metrics and reporting on product success
• Acting as a technical liaison among engineering, support, marketing, and leadership

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, Telecommunications, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; Master’s preferred
• 10+ years in network troubleshooting, diagnostics, or performance validation
• Experience with telco ISPs and understanding of their processes
• Strong knowledge of IoT, wireless, wired, mobile networks, Wi-Fi, CBRS, 5G, fiber broadband
• Hands-on experience with network measurement and diagnostics tools
• Proven ability to translate technical challenges into product requirements
