We’re hiring a Technical Product Manager to drive the strategy and evolution of our Kiosk and mobile platforms. You’ll lead the product roadmap, manage backlogs, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business goals.

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to own the end-to-end product strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of our technology supporting our Kiosk and mobile platforms, covering the roadmap, backlog management, releases, adoption and production KPIs, working with senior business stakeholders and product owners to ensure overall alignment with the business and Technology strategy.

This is a hands-on product leadership role — perfect for someone who thrives on solving complex system integrations, managing third-party vendors, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders around a shared roadmap. You’ll lead the planning and management of change across the platforms, working with the other teams across the Commercial Tower, as well as with the Hotels and Restaurants Tower, and the Infrastructure, Security and Operations teams, whether system or configuration-related, that drives value across Whitbread as a whole.

Role: Technical Product Manager

Package: £90,000 + 30% company performance bonus and car or car allowance of £6265.00pa

Contract Type: Full-Time and Permanent

Location: Holborn, London and a hybrid way of working with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office.

As the new Technical Product Manager looking after our hotels & restaurants Kiosk and mobile platforms, you’ll be responsible for the roadmap, backlog management, releases, adoption and production KPIs, working with senior business stakeholders and product owners to ensure overall alignment with the business and Technology strategy.

Lead the planning and management of change across the platforms, working with the other teams across the Commercial Tower, as well as with the Hotels and Restaurants Tower, and the Infrastructure, Security and Operations teams, whether system or configuration-related, that drives value across Whitbread as a whole.

Ensure requirements are accurately defined, and that implementation is scheduled and delivered in a timely and efficient manner, whether through internal or 3rd party resources. Manage relationships with key suppliers across support, development, and future development.

Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the platform meets high standards of reliability and performance. Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and deployment.

Who we are looking for:

  • End-to-end delivery and ownership of platform-level products
  • Proven track record in release management and working with stakeholders across IT and People teams
  • Experience managing mobile platforms and in-hotel/in-store technologies
  • Strong experience managing system implementations, particularly 3rd party integrations and vendor-driven timelines
  • Strong technical background with proficiency in relevant technologies (e.g., cloud services, databases, web development frameworks)
  • Comfortable working with technical teams and making product decisions that impact infrastructure, data flows, and uptime
  • Skilled communicator who can translate business needs into technical requirements — and vice versa
