About Craft & Chaps

At Craft, we are on a mission to redefine productivity through software. We believe that current solutions are outdated and bloated. We create products that are fun and effortless to use—software that blends into the background, allowing individuals to focus on their tasks. Our experienced team of product engineers thrives on innovation and collaboration.

Chaps is our new, AI-first product which aims to revolutionize personal productivity.

About the role

Our AI Product team is building the next generation of intelligent experiences at Craft. We're looking for a Technical Product Manager - AI who will help us harness AI capabilities by creating robust agents, prompts, evaluations, and frameworks that drive our AI assistant's understanding and responsiveness.

In this role, you'll play a critical part in shaping how Craft's AI interprets user needs. You'll bridge the gap between technical execution and product vision, ensuring our AI delivers exceptional and meaningful user experiences.

What we're looking for

You must have:

  • Solid experience working with AI evaluation, data annotation, labeling, or model fine-tuning—your expertise directly contributes to enhancing AI performance.
  • Extensive background managing and analyzing large datasets—experience turning raw user feedback, research data, or technical spreadsheets into actionable insights.
  • Ability to deeply understand user behavior, translating qualitative feedback and user support interactions into structured, high-quality training data.
  • Fluency with technical platforms (e.g., GitHub, Python, databases)—you can navigate and effectively use tools essential for managing data workflows.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, enabling productive partnerships with engineers, researchers, and product owners.

It would be great if you have:

  • Experience setting and maintaining rigorous standards for dataset quality, consistency, and usability.
  • Experience in building multi-agent systems.
  • Proven ability to systematically approach data challenges, improving processes for managing and scaling AI training data.
Our Culture

We look for individuals passionate about creating elegant, impactful products. At Craft, you'll influence our AI product strategy, data practices, and overall approach to intelligent user experiences.

You think outside the box. We are a small, ambitious team—success comes from innovation and creativity, not following traditional methods.

You put people first. Our users and team members are central to every decision you make, prioritizing empathetic design and collaborative processes.

You're pragmatic. You understand the balance between data accuracy, speed, and quality, making strategic decisions that enhance product maturity.

You're a great communicator. Your clear, thoughtful communication helps cross-functional teams align, enabling swift progress and impactful outcomes.
