Join us as a Technical Product Manager to support the development of innovative digital solutions that blend strategic vision, technical fluency, and customer-centric design. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and user experience—driving innovation and delivering impactful products.

This role offers an opportunity to be at the heart of product strategy and execution—owning roadmaps, aligning cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful experiences. It involves translating multi-layered business goals into actionable product requirements and advocating user needs through iterative discovery and experimentation.

To be successful as a Technical Product Manager, you should have experience with:

  • Strategic thinking with a systems mindset and responsibility for product roadmaps.
  • Effective communication and collaboration across engineering, design, and business teams.
  • A user-focused approach to product discovery and iterative problem solving.

Additional valued skills include:

  • Building agents using Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Logic Apps, or Power Platform.
  • Experience with LLMs, conversational UX, and Copilot extensibility.
  • Using data to assess product usage, cost efficiency, and value delivery.
  • Applying agile practices and designing user flows for chat-based interfaces.

This role may involve assessing key skills such as risk management, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, and technical expertise.

The position is based in Glasgow or Knutsford.

Purpose of the role

To collaborate with product owners and technical teams involved in product development, utilizing their knowledge of the bank’s technologies to realize the product roadmap vision.

Accountabilities

  • Providing subject matter expertise to support collaboration between product owners and technical teams.
  • Supporting the development and communication of product strategy and vision.
  • Gathering and prioritizing requirements based on business value and feasibility.
  • Implementing assessments for continuous testing and improvement of product quality.
  • Monitoring product performance for optimization opportunities.
  • Staying updated on industry technology trends to adopt new approaches.
