Overview

Electroverse is looking for a talented and technically-minded Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll take product ownership across Core - the team running the technical foundations of everything Electroverse does. You'll focus on the critical infrastructure and processes, from our partner integration portal and data products, to global platform scalability and charge session processing improvements. You'll work closely with our engineering and product teams to define and drive the technical roadmap for these foundational areas, ensuring they are set up both for scale and new ideas across all our customer and client-facing EV products. Your understanding of both the technical intricacies and the broader product vision will be the key to your success.

What you'll do

• Shape our tech future: Define and own the core technical vision and roadmap for foundational areas, including key integrations, infrastructure scalability, and core interfaces. Collaborate with engineering leaders to create and maintain a clear, prioritized technical roadmap.
• Boost performance & scalability: Focus on making core infrastructure more resilient and responsive, ensuring it can handle current growth and future ambitions while delivering a smooth product experience.
• Master our integrations: Deep dive into core CPO integrations and the tools that facilitate them, prioritising the next most important work.
• Our tech translator: Serve as the go-to person for technical product questions, partnering with engineering to provide clear requirements and guidance, and explaining complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Fuel product innovation: Scope and deliver on opportunities to keep Electroverse at the forefront of charging industry tech and customer value.
• Anticipate & solve problems: Work with engineering to identify potential technical challenges and risks, and collaborate to develop effective solutions.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as a product manager, technical product manager, or in a similar technical role within a product-focused setting.
• Strong technical background with a solid grasp of software development principles, infrastructure, and APIs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and deliver results quickly.
• Experience designing and using analytical dashboards to derive actionable insights that advance company strategy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
