Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead Digital Platforms & Integration from our Epsom hub. This hybrid role blends strategic product ownership with guiding architecture teams and trusted external vendors to deliver API-first platforms and modern apps.

You will shape roadmaps for roughly 20 applications, coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and regional IT, and balance live BAU with long-term platform evolution.

Qualifications

• Agile experience managing product backlogs and platform lifecycles.
• Experience coordinating with external software vendors and solution architecture partners.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy for a suite of applications including mobile platforms and integration channels.
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal architects to deliver technical solutions.
• Lead Agile execution balancing roadmap projects with BAU needs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Regional IT to align features with targets.
• Grow leadership scope with potential team expansion.
