Are you a Technical / Process Engineering Manager with experience in Chemical Manufacturing? Are you seeking a strategic leadership role within a world-leading organization?

We offer the opportunity to play a vital role in a highly specialized plant, where you can implement your ideas and leadership style to influence the success of this flagship UK site.

In this role, you will oversee 2 Process Engineers, collaborate across departments such as R&D, NPI, Maintenance, QHSE, and manage budgets, process improvements, departmental audits, technical compliance, and staff coaching.

This position is suitable for a Process Engineering Manager or similar professional from a Chemical Manufacturing background looking to contribute significantly to a successful site.

The Role:
  • Monday - Friday, 37-hour week
  • Direct reports: 2 Process Engineers
  • Cross-functional collaboration

  • Experience as a Process / Technical / Operations Manager or similar
