Our client is a global insurer, looking to grow their Commercial Pricing team with a Manager for Technical Modelling.

You will manage a team of 5-6 Pricing Analysts, managing multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects within the pricing team.
• Lead and develop a team of Pricing Analysts.
• Transform pricing strategies for the organization.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Technical Modelling.
• Qualifications in Actuarial and/or CII are ideal.
• Strong analytical and statistical experience, including GLMs.
• Proficiency in Radar and/or Emblem, as well as SAS, R, Python, SQL, etc.
• Experience with Commercial Lines insurance and products.

You will play a key role in defining new standards for their Commercial pricing capability, while heavily investing in tools and people to deliver it!
