You'll be a key player in embedding data science into our pricing strategy and building models that directly impact commercial success.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver end-to-end pricing models using our tailored pricing pipeline
• UseEarnix or Radarto build predictive statistical models and optimise prices
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance pricing performance
• Lead and contribute to R&D efforts for innovative modelling approaches
• Integrate tools and outputs from data science teams
• Ensure compliance with pricing governance and controls
• Collaborate with Commercial Pricing to align models to business goals
• Mentor and support junior analysts and team members

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree (graduate or postgraduate) inStatistics,Mathematics, or a related analytical field
• Experience in apricingoractuarialrole ingeneral insurance
• Hands-on experience withEarnixorRadar
• Proficient inPythonorRfor data analysis and modelling
• Experience applyingadvanced machine learningto pricing
• Strong communication skills to explain technical ideas to non-technical audiences
