Are you a skilled pricing analyst with a passion for data, modelling, and delivering commercial impact? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and innovative insurance business where you’ll play a key role in shaping technical pricing strategy for delegated authority products.

We’re looking for a Technical Pricing Analyst who can drive improvements in risk model accuracy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help influence strategic decisions across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Take ownership of risk pricing projects, including model builds and regular refreshes across multiple product lines
2. Collaborate with data teams to ensure high-quality, consistent datasets for modelling
3. Develop and maintain predictive risk models to support profitable growth
4. Work closely with Underwriting and Portfolio Management to align risk appetite and innovation with pricing models
5. Support key commercial projects and act as a pricing subject matter expert (SME)
6. Present complex findings in a clear, concise way to internal and external stakeholders
7. Help shape best practice and contribute to the continuous improvement of pricing capability

Key Skills & Experience:

1. Previous experience in general insurance pricing (personal or commercial lines)
2. Skilled in predictive modelling techniques: GLMs, GBMs, Decision Trees, Random Forests, etc.
3. Proficient in data science tools such as R, Python, SAS, SQL, or PySpark
4. Familiarity with WTW’s Radar software is highly desirable
5. A strong academic background in a quantitative subject (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science)
6. Ability to communicate technical analysis clearly to non-technical stakeholders

1. 1-2 years of experience in Insurance Pricing

4. Comfortable working independently or collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
5. Excellent communicator with the ability to build trust and influence
