Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Presales Engineer (HEAT PUMPS) for the European division of a leading global manufacturer of high-efficiency heating & cooling systems. The role is based at our offices in West London and involves providing technical support to distributors and agents across the UK & Europe.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Technical qualification in HVAC or Mechanical Engineering.
2. At least 1 year of experience working with heat pumps or renewable heating products.
3. Practical understanding of water systems for sanitary and heating applications.
4. Knowledge of heat pumps, water systems, and relevant EU regulations/directives.
5. Knowledge of VRF systems or chillers is a plus.

Skills

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (oral and written).
