Job summary

Arrow McLaren IndyCar is seeking a Specialist, Technical Analyst to activate and integrate partner technologies within McLaren Racing in the UK, aligning tech with marketing and partnership goals. You will coordinate workshops, testing, and readiness, ensuring security and operational standards are met.

You will maintain product roadmaps and backlogs, prioritise within governance, and measure value and delivery against business objectives. Collaborative stakeholder engagement is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in product ownership, product management, business analysis or a related role.
• Understanding of the product lifecycle, roadmaps, backlogs and outcome-based delivery.
• Experience with software platforms, configuration, administration and integrations.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, data flows and security considerations.
• Ability to analyse business processes and data and develop clear recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, accurate narratives that support marketing campaigns and brand positioning.
• Provide technical insight during partner prospecting and deal development, helping to assess feasibility and storytelling potential.
• Monitor partner technology deployments against security, compliance and performance standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of technical integrations and partner technology usage.
• Track technical performance and the contribution of activations to marketing and partnership objectives.
• Use data and stakeholder feedback to recommend improvements.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen partner activations, delivery processes and the use of emerging technologies.
• Monitor industry and technology trends, contributing analysis to technology roadmaps and business development activity.
